Customers must provide accurate information while creating an account. An account is required before placing orders.

- Fruits & Vegetables
- Dairy Products
Product availability may change without prior notice.
4 Pricing
- All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Billing will be based on the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
5 Orders
Orders are accepted subject to product availability.
If any product becomes unavailable after placing an order, a refund will be issued for that item.
6 Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate delivery details.
- Provide a valid phone number.
- Keep account credentials secure.
Incorrect information may result in delayed or failed deliveries.
7 Payments
We accept:
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Digital Wallets
Cash on Delivery is not available.
8 Returns
Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Expired products
- Incorrect products delivered
Return requests must be made within one hour of delivery.
9 Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.
10 Limitation of Liability
Adhishakti Enterprises shall not be liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, courier issues, government restrictions, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
